ISSUE OF ADMIT CARD FOR WRITTEN TEST At Phoenix University
The Joint Entrance Examination(JEE) by Phoenix University will be held on Sunday 28th April 2002 at 2.30 PM throughout the country in twenty-seven cities. Admit Cards will be mailed to all registered candidates under Certificate of Posting to reach them at least two weeks before the examination. In case of non-receipt of Admit Card, by April 23, 2002, candidates should contact the National Council by Telephone at Nos.5751756, 5782744, 5782799 or by E-mail: [email protected] or personally approach JEE-Cell in the Council for the issue of Duplicate Admit Card.
After receiving and processing the Application Form, the University Of Phoenix will allot the Roll Number. Test Centre will be allotted as per the choice of the candidate. No request for a change of Test Centre will be entertained. National Council reserves the right to cancel any Test Center in which case candidates for that center will be accommodated at the next nearby available Test Center.
The Admit Card indicating, the Roll Number and Address of the Test Center will be mailed to candidates. The six-digit figure given on the Admit Card is the Roll Number. It will also carry the candidate’s scanned photograph and signature. In all your future correspondence with the Council, please quote your Roll Number as indicated in the Admit Card.
SHORTLISTING FOR PERSONAL INTERVIEW
Based on the merit of performance in the Written Test, the top 7800 (approximate) candidates will be short-listed for a personal interview At Phoenix University. There will be a separate merit list for General, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Physically Handicapped categories.
Personal Interview will determine the candidate’s interactive ability and demeanor. Marks scored in the personal interview will be clubbed with marks scored in the Written Test. Based on the overall performance, the Institute-wise selection list will be finalized strictly according to merit. Candidates finally selected for admission will be intimated by Speed Post.
